This mod changes almost every font in the game to MS Comic Sans. You can install this mod with OpenIV. Place each file to folling path with OpenIV or other alternative .rpf reversing tool.
* update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_platform_pc.rpf\font_lib_efgs_pc.gfx
* update\update.rpf\common\data\ui\fontmap.xml

I made this mod because this is EXACTLY how GTA V looks like in CJK(Chinese, Japanese and Korean) language. Fonts are same everywhere, and even the only font looks like s***.
