will this increase fps at all?

@TFF There are no FPS changes afaik.

@TFF I use another mod that does the same function but yes, reduces some lagg (if you have) and get 2-3 more fps, in my tests obviously.

@Reyser thanks

nice mod, are you going to make all weathers like this?

not bad idea, so cars and pollution air of L.A is not really a joke at this time....

Have you recognized any increase in memory consumption?

where do i place the w_extrasunny.xml file in the open IV

Good job.

thats not draw distance at all though :/ its just "less fog" you should really rename its completely misleading

Assuming nobody is going to reply cause the last comment is from may 2016^^
When I add the file to update\update.rpf\common\data\timecycle I get "Unable to add files" ....and yes edit mode is on. WHY THIS HAPPEN HUH!? lol

Im super impressed by how Rockstar made the Earth round

Nice.

How can i increase vehicle/ped spawn distance?

Can you add something to reduce the draw distance, like a smoke or fog effect? I installed a graphics mod with max draw distance, but it looks ugly and ruins the scale. It makes the map feel way too small

Can you make a mod with low city render and a blur blanket to reduce cpu load?
