@eshenk I guess we'll never know 🎤
@Artupaky01 If I figure anything else out I'll let you know! In the meantime I've left a mini tutorial readme on mod/patch page I've uploaded
Amazing, is there a hotkey to freeze the game?
Very cool mod, suggestions - please add options to have a smaller wheel, feels a bit zoomed in right now and might be best if it stayed stationary while quick switching (tapping hotkeys) as it looks wonkey
Works good with Source Motion ASI & Matt's ragdolls. I was worried I'd have to fiddle with PDO ported from RDR2 but this mod is just what I needed.
I did have some heavy performance hits, especially after a prolonged 5 star shootout (no mods for police installed). I've modified the file and updated it for SHVDN3 and appear to have no performance hits. I can supply the file or upload it as a patch, with authors permission.
Get well soon!
Oh glad I'm not the only one having that assault rifle issue xD
Reverting to previous version for now which I've used Matt's ragdolls and I gotta say... Man this mod is never leaving my mod list!
How do I disable the shortcut keys permanently? I set the key bindings disable thing to 1 in the ini and they're still not disabled upon launch :(
@Visentinel It is, I'll have to edit that for personal use hah, thanks for confirming it works on Enhanced!
The issue with AK (Assault Rifle) ammo fix:
The normal Assault Rifle pickup calls REWARD_AMMO_ASSAULTRIFLE, and that reward is explicitly defined as AMMO_RIFLE, not IC’s custom AMMO_7,62x39mm pool. So the gun itself uses 7.62, but picking up another Assault Rifle still rewards vanilla rifle ammo instead.
To fix it properly, you basically have to edit pickups.meta, create a separate ammo reward that points to AMMO_7,62x39mm, and make PICKUP_WEAPON_ASSAULTRIFLE use that reward instead of REWARD_AMMO_ASSAULTRIFLE.
I have created a small patch for this and also for Assault Rifle Mk2, tested it and it works great and will upload it here.
Also for anyone wondering, v1.9 works on Legacy
