Bun venit pe GTA5-Mods.com

I'm having an extremely annoying issue with the night sky having a huge pixelated noise pattern over it. I'm assuming this is likely due to the path of cloudhats possibly changing? The actual cloudhats folder is located in x64b.rpf\levels\gta5\cloudhats. I tried manually copying the x64b.rpf to my mods folder and putting cloudhats there, but it caused my game to crash.
