@M4RKSMN Day 1 cars are pretty rough in general. Just take the Tailgater model for example, the B-pillar is so thin it looks like it comes from a 90's Impreza. Rockstar really stepped up their modeling game around 2020 for the better. My only point is that I like cars to have some form of consistency within this GTA universe, be it either lore accuracy or scratch-made vehicles with design cues that closely resemble the car it's supposed to parody.

@M4RKSMN RS6 C6 uses the base of a facelifted A6 C6 introduced in 2008 which has DRL's as standard, therefore all RS6's do too. I'm not saying the Tailgater is a perfect parody of an RS6. I agree that it still needs a lot of work, but at least it's lore-friendly. The changes made with this mod are a big step in the right direction. IMO, adding lights based on a much newer design to this Tailgater would look a lot worse and break immersion. The only other option is to redo the whole model, which I'm not sure the creator of this mod would be willing to do. He's done a very good job of what he's had to work with.

@M4RKSMN But it wouldn't be the same mod as the one I am referring to. This is a lore-friendly RS6 C6. Slapping on RS3 8V/RSQ8-looking head and taillights derived from a Tailgater S on this OG Tailgater RS6 edit would look pretty awkward. It's fine the way it is bar the lack of DRL's.

@M4RKSMN I assume you mean RSQ8, but I still disagree. Those type of headlights look way too modern on a C6 Audi. While the original Tailgater headlights are by no means perfect, adding daytime running lights to them as was done here for the standard Tailgater: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/updated-obey-tailgater, resembles the facelift look of the real RS6 C6 the best way of existing GTA assets, without creating brand new headlights. The whole point of this mod is to be a RS version of an A6 C6.

@M4RKSMN That would defeat the whole point of this mod. The original Tailgater is an A6 C6 and this is the RS6 edit of that. It just needs daytime running lights added
