Open World Interiors (OWI)
Open World Interiors (OWI) currently opens 4 DLC locations in Story Mode: Yacht, Kosatka, Server Farm, Aircraft Carrier
Although all four interiors are accessible, Kosatka is currently the only location with fully implemented gameplay (not Online). It features a dedicated mission where you fight through armed guards to secure the submarine, complete with a custom combat system, cutscenes, and other immersive elements.
The remaining locations are accessible but are still under active development and will receive additional content and gameplay features in future updates.
Known Issue:
I am not entirely sure whether this is caused by the mod itself or by conflicts with map overhaul mods (such as NVE, QuantV, etc.). In some cases, part of the western side of the map may disappear, causing the player to fall through the terrain. Interestingly, the roads remain intact, while only parts of the surrounding mountains or hills are affected.
Installation:
Copy the provided .dll file into your scripts folder (with an "s") to complete the installation.

This is really great work, I hope to see this grow big.
@Starfox1993 Thanks, I’ll develop further, but first I’m figuring out how to restore the map after opening these interiors.
if it looks like hills are gone then the fix could be by requesting the online mansion ipls
