@IreBurn Setting ped_pain_sounds to -1 tells FFFR not to manage pain audio at all, so that FFFR isn't blocking or conflicting with the game or mod scripts. For peds to make pain sounds in GTA V, they generally need to take actual physical damage or ragdoll. If any mod has made peds invincible or damage-proof, the game usually won't trigger those pain reactions.

Combining FFFR with external trainers like Rampage or ENT can definitely cause conflicts since multiple scripts end up fighting over the same game functions.
For aiming and shooting peds, lock on targeting is turned off if ped_can_be_targetted is set to 0. If peds_like_you_and_wont_flee is set to 1, the mod treats peds as friendly, so FFFR will block your weapons unless player_can_attack_friendly is set to 1 and disable_all_player_firing_and_melee is set to 0.
As for player speech, settings like stop_audio_stream or stop_cutscenes can mute audio streams, but it sounds like removing Muted Speech and Pain resolved that overlap for you.

Yes, bikini beachgoers, swearing, and public smoking/drinking can all be configured in the config file. The Vanilla Unicorn is tied to all sexually disturbing settings, so disabling any of them closes the club. Changing or replacing that building's interior directly would require some sort of a third-party map or interior mod.

Make sure to be using a 100% completed game save. It's part of the installation process and highly recommended to make it all work. It bypasses the prologue and skips other things that can be issues for users.

Vanilla Unicorn: Yes, this is by design. If sexually_disturbing_peds=0 is set, the mod automatically locks the doors and removes the interior of the strip club to guarantee that no inappropriate content spawns.
If you need to access it for a story mission, you should temporarily turn off the mod or swap configuration files.

@IreBurn Yes. If your goal is to enable violent/disturbing peds while keeping the sexual categories disabled, those settings are correct.
Regarding player_speech_sounds=0, yes, that disables player speech sounds. Keep in mind that FFFR blocks cutscenes and story missions by default. If you do choose to play missions, my other mod Muted Speech and Pain can help mute most cutscene dialogue.

@kermzy Yes, the Family-Friendly Free-Roaming mod can work without a 100% game save. However, it is highly recommended to use a 100% completed game save to remove violence and unlock all features, allowing the mod to work with its default settings. If you don't use a 100% completed game save, you'll need to follow the detailed installation instructions provided in the mod's documentation (link in the description).

@Rione21 That depends on whether Rockstar allows modding in GTA VI. They've historically opposed it, and mods rely on reverse engineering due to lack of official tools or support.

@macdragon131 It looks like FiveM multiplayer now support GTA 5 on Xbox Game Pass for PC but I don't think it supports scripthookv/single player mods, like the mods you can find on this website.

@Rione21 It’s running great for me on the enhanced version. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work. Make sure you have the latest ScriptHookV installed, as that’s often the source of compatibility issues.

Also, ensure that your game is legit (non-cracked), and don’t forget to install a game save, since the mod is designed to be used with one.

The installation process is the same as with the original game, except the directory has changed for the game save. For the enhanced version, the path should look something like:
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\Profiles\A233A124
