An extensively customizable script mod for V that adds support for many different types of brand new car behaviors.
Here are just some of the possibilities that this mod can already be used for:
- Pedals
- Analog dials
- Windshield wipers
- Handbrake
- Sequential shifter
- Fans
Current list of options (multiple of these can be combined in one bone):
- Constant rotation/spinning on any axis
- Rotation/movement tied to gas, brakes, handbrake, steering, speed or engine RPM
- Constant oscillation between a minimum and maximum value, smoothed with a sine wave
- Sequential shifter that reacts to gear changes and moves/rotates to a set value upon one
- Ability to only use an option when the engine is on and/or it's raining

Too bad the author has abandoned the mod and no one else wants to do a similar mod! Such a mod makes it easier to make the sensors fully operational
Can anyone confirm that disabling simple trainer's controller support solves slow typing or slow move through lines on simple trainer when using VehFuncs?
Does this work with the Enhanced Version?
Im also sad, he stopped continuing to develop that or another mods/scripts. This mod has a lot of potential. Sadly i dont find any contact to ask him to maybe he do a favor and make it Open source, so smarter guys can continue develop that mod and carry that legacy.

I have been trying to debug random GTA V crashes/freezes that appear during gameplay while using VehFuncsV together with multiple add-on vehicles and a heavy mod setup.
Important details:
* The crash does NOT happen immediately on vehicle spawn.
* The game can run for a long time before freezing/crashing.
* Sometimes crashes happened even when I was not actively using custom aircraft at that moment.
* Because of this, I cannot say with certainty that a specific vehicle alone is the direct cause.
* I also had some map/streaming related instability before (ymap-related texture issues and streaming problems), and removing some ymap content reduced instability somewhat, so streaming pressure may also be involved.
However, WinDbg analysis consistently points to VehFuncsV during the crash.
Crash stack:
VehFuncsV+0x8e0d
VehFuncsV+0xd82d
VehFuncsV+0x4213
Exception:
0x80000003 (BREAKPOINT)
The exception appears to originate from VehFuncsV code itself rather than from GTA5.exe directly.
The crash pattern looks more like:
* invalid/stale entity access
* streamed-out vehicle/entity reference
* vehicle pool lifecycle issue
* or long-session instability/memory fragmentation
rather than an immediate broken spawn.
Additional observation:
Crashes can also happen with add-on vehicles that do NOT even have a dedicated VehFuncsV .ini config file, which may suggest the issue is related to VehFuncsV global vehicle handling and not only per-vehicle configs.

@Ziran-1011 @RealZolika1351 @sjaak327 @SkylineGTRFreak I put everything in the main root folder, although I am starting to think one of the recent updates broke it at least partially. I got the wing sweep to work by assigning a different key and function to get it for manual use rather than speed, but other parts won't move (e.g. F-111A > wings yes, bomb hatches no). It may perhaps be connected to whatever caused the change for SimpleTrainer to change the install procedure. It's worth to look into that.
It works on Enhanced, but it's doing nothing right now, no matter what I do, nothing happens even if the vehicle supports VehFuncs V.
Is there a fix to this? Or is there a manual key I'm unaware of that can trigger at least one of the functions of the mod?
I only tested with the SU-24M mod (by skylinegtr), so, not sure if it works with other vehicle mods that support vehfuncs v.

@Ziran-1011 You need all the Latest ScripthookV, ScripthookVdotnet Nightly Build, Microsoft Community Visual Studio. To install Vehfuncs, put all the files inside the rar in the GTAV root folder. When u download a Vehfuncs supported vehicle, it will have a ini file that u will have to put inside the "Vehfuncs" folder in the GTAV root folder.
