A- Open the file with 7zip, Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip these types of files
B- Unzip the file into your MAP FOLDER who start on your server.cfg
C - For FiveM servers - Drop the file Benny'sCustomsOffice.ymap to the Stream folder that should be located in your Map folder, and that folder shall need to be up on your server Resources folder.
After you have that ready, you will need to start the script on your
Server.cfg (The name of the script will be the name you have put the maps on... For example : start Map2)
----------------------- Installation GTA5 Single : -----------------------
> copy files and go to open4/gtav/mods/update/x64/DLC packs/custom maps/ dlc.rpf/ x64/ levels/gtav/citye/maps/custom maps rpf/ paste it here
> open gtav and go to the location
1.Floor Lamps
2.Stairs
3.Tv unit
4.Block
5.Carpet
6.Art
7.Door
8.Seats
9.Table
10.Barbecue

@ImAngryDJ for some reason my 2nd stairs going up the entrance is not the same as the picture you provided its lower and have to press climb button to get up and, the entrance door will block you if you are going out from office to downstairs I think the door should swing the other way around.
@xportpnoy I didnt encounter such a problem when I tested.
@ImAngryDJ heres a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/07GSMVl its probably from my end. Did you try the door opening from inside it will block the pathway going down the stairs? you have to stand and wait in the corner so it will close by its own.
