Franklin New Garage Mansion [YMAP][Map Builder]creat by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and very important dont forget Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some walls and grounds.
and Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3] (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop)
HOW TO INSTAL:
A] ADDON [ymap file]
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
copy and paste folder "custom maps"
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
to: mods update.rpf common data
Or,
A] when you already have your custom maps folder then go to:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf
and add the file :
Franklin New Mansion1.2.ymap
Franklin New Mansion2.3.ymap
[Addon] (don t rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest)
C] MENYOO [xml file] for vehicles and TP zone
Copy:
Franklin house vehicles.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:
Franklin house vehicles.xml
(You will be teleported infront franklin house with a lot of cars in the garages ) :)
Change log:
V1.0
Creat the double garage on the franklin mansion
V2.0
add solar panels outside, add double wood prop for don't desappear, add a stone wall at the second level,
add more light outside, add more plant inside the garages, remove the small stairs near the simming pool, add casino art statue inside franklin bedroom.
V2.1
i've remove a wall glasses, now you can go to the next house by the deck on the side
Add more light outside and inside all swiming pool,
add a basket ball court in the second house,
add pool table outside
add DJ mix table outside
add more stuff in the original garage
add more long chairs
add more plants
add sofa and few stuff outside of the second house.
add a secret vault near the dog
with TP zone in the file of: Franklin house vehicles.xml

@Yagi22 I am soo sorry for your bad experiense with this mod but one last question, have you put le line in the read me or in the description of the webside ? because the commande line is little bite different like :
copy and paste folder "custom_maps"
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "<Item>dlcpacks:\custom_maps\</Item>" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
to: mods update.rpf common data

@zamalone garage doors not opening, I can drive through them? Thanks for the help!
@mrhaha all garage doors work perfecly and open when you are at short distance, exept the garage door of the next neighbor, noesnt open, they are nothing inside.
@mrhaha you can see on the video everything work perfectly if you follow the description.
@mrhaha but if you are talking about the vault door doesnt open you need the xml file for teleportation through the door
@zamalone thank you, I am able to get them to work now but I cannot make it to the top level. The first ramp after the garages are fine but the last ramp to reach the top I keep falling through. Any reason? Thanks!
