Hi community I wanted to know and I've tried to build a villa with map builder community to get the original rockstargames quality. 100 percent will never be possible on this path but I am amazed what is possible. In the future I will try to work with custom 3d models for more quality.
If you find bugs please let me know. improvement suggestions would be nice!
you need:
1. OpenIV
2. Map Builder Community 1.06
3. Menyoo
Installation: LS Luxury Mansion
1. Run OpenIV, drag and drop the folder lslm in the following path. mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Run OpenIV again, go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, open dlclist.xml and add the line " dlcpacks:/lslm/ "
3. "optional" To fill the pool and yacuzzi with water you need Menyoo. Copy and paste Swimmingpools.xml to Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
Open Menyoo ingame and go to Object Spooner -> Mangage Saved Files -> Swimmingpools.xml and load, it only takes 1 sec.
Notes: I will enclose the Ymap raw files for advanced users who want to install this mod in their own way.

@Los211 yes, I have the bug too. you can just drive 50 - 100 meters away and back, then it works again. No idea why this is so.
