Add line "dlcpacks:/smeggo_clockmaker/" to your dlclist.xml (on first line)
(found in mods/update.rpf/common/data)
Installing in Fivem
Copy "smeggo_clockmaker" to resources folder
Add line "ensure smeggo_clockmaker" into your server.cfg
