@NB370 yes but it is impossible to move the house :p yes entrance garage is only for supercars or bike, remember i'm rich ahah yes in fact, i've build the house just in a spawn of deer xD but it was to late because i've already advance .. i had the same reaction as you :D

@RichiNL yes very strange ^^ but honestly try before reinstall your game to reinstall custom maps, because your problem is here a 99% i think. good luck, no problem with pleasure :)

@Faturazhari you don't find it at right the location ? did you install the files at the right folder ? you have a video instalation after the pictures try whith that and tell me if it works after that :)

Author i already download all and do the intruction but if i open gta 5 and go to the location no house in there

@EndruH did you install corectly " custom map" folder ? and did you add the line " custom map " into your dlclist ?

found a possible fix:
i noticed when i was looking at my 7zip opened archive of the file, that when i moved the files over into the custom maps folder, that they WOULD NOT ACTUALLY GO INTO THE CUSTOM MAPS FOLDER. to fix this you have to actually extract the archive to a folder of your choice, and then only drag them across to the custom maps dlc
