What does this mod?
-> It brings what a lot of people want - the Players unique 3 special abilities rebalanced! They are now not as much the same anymore, but unique assets to use in the game! The "Power button" was removed and nerfed, meaning those abilities will now be interesting, challenging, game - balanced and unique special abilities you can use!

Michael:
Michaels Slow - Now Bullettime during combat will now be a powerfull, but limited tool to use! It will give you an edge in combat, but be carefull! It will now deplete faster, so you will have to take your shots carefully! On the counterside, only a few well - placed headshots will completely recharge it! So make good use of it!

- Recharge rate increased
- Time Slowmow nerfed
- Damage resistance reduced

Trevor to Michael: 'Nananah what are you doing smoking, huh? Thats bad for you, dont you know?'
Michael: 'Yeah, maybe it got a bit something to do with me getting caught in a three - way firefight between two government agencies and a private militia? You know, It made me a bit stressed out'

Franklin:
Franklins powerfull driving - abiliites have been rebalanced. Its now more of an unique tool to use, but not an "get out of any stupid driving behaviour for free" card anymore. It will slow time down less aggressive than it used to. The depletion rate and charge rate is almost the same, only a bit better. You will have to drive through the state of San Andreas while managing and using your ability to keep you in the game of high - speed cars even more efficiently and realisticly!

- Recharge rate kept

Lamar to Franklin: Common man, do that focus shit that helps you drive!
... You got that sexy face when you do that shit.


Trevor:
Trevors special ability is now an "aggressive mode" - button instead of an "god - mode" button. You will take damage but less than without the ability, it will reward aggressive gameplay and good usage, instead of brain - dead run into a tank Line - of - fire it used to be.

- Recharge rate nerfed
- Depletion rate nerfed

Trevor: What was that?
Gang member: Uh ... nothing?

Trevor to the whole street: 'Assholes! All of yah!'

Installation:
Manual:
Place and replace 'playerspecialabilities.ymt' inside: update/update.rpf/x64/data.
A mods folder is recommended.
OpenIV is required to edit the .rpf.

Automatic Installer
Install via the Package installer for OpenIV (Tools -> package installer).
Backup
Backup is included, same path.
