This one isn't really supposed to be "pretty"
I's just messing with the settings until I got the "clearest" visuals I could get.
I play at a lower resolution (720p) so yours may look slightly less ugly if you play at a higher resolution.
GTAV's ingame brightness was set in the middle while making this preset
- No other weather lighting mods are presently being used, only Reshade. -
- Other mods used:
Forests of San Andreas: Revised - Larcius
Realistic CaliLights - DgtlBrandxn

copy and paste this link into the search bar.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- You must have reshade installed, make sure all preset things are checked so you have the whole thing.
-- You should have the game with reshade installed.
- UNZIP the Stupid_Clarity file anywhere you want
-- You can make a new folder to unzip the file in or do it in your downloads
- Right click "Stupid_Clarity.ini" and copy.
- Go to steam, browse your local files and find the common directory for your steam games.
- Directory would look like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V" in your file explorer
- Paste "Stupid_Clarity.ini" into Grand Theft Auto V's main directory.
