Well done @JRod, another creative approach to supporting the GTA modding community! Ordinarily I don't think that such efforts would make that much difference, but I believe that the GTA PC community will hold (rightly so) such a grudge against T2 as to significantly boycott any future T2 publications, especially GTA. To terminate OpenIV because of cheaters - and inadequate means to deal with cheaters playing GTA:O - is definitely a misguided move. Sadly, many multiplayer versions of games seem to be just money chasing money nowadays. (Sorry, I forgot to rate, so will do so ASAP.)

@sf500 Thank you,well we have to fight for our rights in any way we can,even if it wasn't that effective,i actually suggested in the forums that we all donate so that we hire a lawyer and sue T2/R* for this.

Fantastic news to see that OpenIV is back, although a shame about the discontinuation of their LC project. Nonetheless, it seems that social media does indeed have its good points. So what happened exactly? Did they hire Trevor to fight their case?! Either way, I am glad to see the modding community regain some optimism. :-)
