Hi! I noticed that gang vehicles and sometimes normal traffic vehicles randomly spawn out of nowhere, sometimes very close to or directly in front of me. I tested by disabling my police/wanted mods, and I found that the issue comes from In The Hood. It also affects performance when several vehicles spawn.

Could you please look into this for a future update? Thanks!
