It's very likely you have an issue with a vehicle model. Do this test: spawn all these vehicles using a trainer and make sure they all spawn:
- **Attack Helicopters**: savage, akula, hunter, valkyrie, valkyrie2, conada2, buzzard.
- **Helicopters**: conada, buzzard2, annihilator2.
- **Cargo Helicopters**: cargobob, cargobob5.
- **Tanks**: apc, rhino, khanjali.
- **Heavy attack vehicles**: insurgent3, menacer, halftrack, barrage, nightshark.
- **Light attack vehicles**: tampa3, caracara, dune3, technical3.
- **Trucks**: barracks, vetir.
- **Speeders**: patriot3, crusader, mesa3, squaddie.
- **Special vehicles**: hydra, lazer, strikeforce, bombushka, chernobog.

@chimken @chimken first keep in mind that there is a savegame backup file that is TransporterV_BU.xml. The script creates it after 5 missions. So your progress isn't lost as long as you didn't complete 5 missions on the reseted game. You can simply copy paste it and rename it to TransporterV.xml to recover your progress
About the issue, either the script doesn't read or it doesn't write. To troubleshoot that check if you even see the savegame file "TransporterV.xml" in "scripts" folder. And run GTA5 as admin if you wasn't.
