Description:
The Property Manager Mod is a GTA 5 modification enhancing the property management experience. Features include:
- Valet Service: A dedicated valet service for parking and cleaning vehicles.
- Security Team: Security personnel saluting your character.

Installation:

Hi author, I remember playing gtav with this mod for wood house, isn't there a valet that park the cars? I just came back playing and reinstall all mods, now the property manager works fine but it has 3 guards with no valet. Is it my problem or that's what your newest update is?26 czerwca 2026 -

@houaryou So instead of having a valet like before where we can leave it outside and order him to park it for us, now by working with the wood house script from meimeiriver, we can leave the car outside the garage and it will autopark for us? Or we must have the cars parked inside the garage?

Hey I was wondering if it's possible to purchase Property Manager as I would love to rent out houses etc. like Steve does. However the card that I have only allows you to pay in the currency of your country and as im broke at the moment that's about $5, Is there a different payment option available such as it being converted using Google Play currency transfer or something like that? Thanks in advance.

Love this mod — compatibility issue with Playable Online Character
This mod completely transforms SP into something immersive. The property management, daily salaries, valet service, and helipad features are brilliantly executed. It's become a must-have in my load order.
I'm using PropertyManager v1.1 with Playable Online Character v4.2, and I've encountered an issue:
Issue: When I'm playing as the MP character (mp_m_freemode_01 via POC), I cannot interact with any service staff (valet, bartender, security, maid, chef). The prompts simply don't show up. Property ownership and billing work fine for the MP hash (1885233650), so the save system recognizes the character, but the NPC interaction triggers appear to be blocked.
Workarounds tried: Reloading the character with F10 doesn't help, and the only way to interact is to exit to Director Mode → select a protagonist → exit to story, which is quite cumbersome for routine interactions.
Question: Is the interaction logic hardcoded to only trigger for the three story protagonists (player_zero, player_one, player_two)? If so, would it be possible to whitelist mp_m_freemode_01 and mp_f_freemode_01 as valid interaction targets?
Both mods are fantastic on their own, and it would be amazing to see them play nicely together. Thanks for your time and for the great mod!23 sierpnia 2026 -
