Description:
The Property Manager Mod is a GTA 5 modification that enhances the property management experience in the game. This mod introduces various features that allow players to efficiently manage and customize their virtual properties.
Valet Service: Experience the luxury of a dedicated valet service that parks your vehicles, cleans them, and places them in designated parking spots.
Security Team: Enjoy the added prestige and protection with a team of security personnel who salute your character's passage.

Installation:
- Ensure that you have a clean installation of GTA 5 on your PC.
- Download the mod files.
- Copy the PropertyManager.dll file and the PropertyManager folder to the "scripts" directory of your GTA 5 installation.
- Launch the game and enjoy the enhanced property management features.

- Security agents will no longer shout; they will only salute (in the future, interaction with them will be possible)
- Various small fixes and improvements, including the removal of certain messages (loading/unloading of mansions)
- Regarding persistence, when the player moves away, the property is unloaded, and all vehicles will be removed if they are in their designated parking spots. They will be automatically reloaded when the property is approached again

- In the Beach Club, an improved whiskey drinking animation and music that can be heard throughout the club and stops when you move away a sufficient distance.

- Significant fix for menu flickering when there were many choices. While not perfect, it is now much more stable.

Hello, in which property and car model did you encounter the issue? Because normally, and I just tested it again, I didn't have any problem saving a vanilla car. Because not all properties are equipped with all the features yet. In version 1.0, all houses will have all the functionalities. Currently, I'm only testing the newer ones to fine-tune the mod, that's why it's in Beta.3 days ago -
@SupaModi Thanks a lot! I hope you'll enjoy this version because I've really added a lot of points of interest to Malibu Mansion. Right now, you can mainly sit and smoke, but I'm still looking for other animations that fit well with those. As for the crash we talked about, I haven't been able to replicate it even though I've explored Malibu Mansion multiple times. There might be a specific trigger that causes it. This version has improved reporting, so if you experience the crash again, we should have more information in the crash report or the propertyManagerError.log. Thanks again for your support, and I'm excited to continue improving the mod!

@nj5050 You can find them in the game's animation list, which is accessible through tools like Menyoo, for example. However, I tried searching for "Army," "Salute," and "Greet" last time, but I couldn't find the military salute animation. It seems to be missing.
Regarding the help you need, I can definitely give it a try (it's my first GTA mod, so I'm still discovering all aspects of it). Feel free to send me a private message, and I'll assist you to the best of my abilities and with pleasure.

@houaryou Your latest script update continues to astonish me, the increasing complexity in scenario animations is mesmerizing. I don't even think Rock* could ever add such realism & detail in game mods like this.
P.s. I have sent the info you requested via PM, regarding ideas of how to do a proper military salute gesture animation. Hope it effectively helps out.

0.8.* will focus on expanding the variety of animations, including sleeping, using toilets, drinking, dancing, and more. I will also introduce cameras to enhance the experience.
0.9.* will involve implementing pathfinding, allowing the staff to move around and perform various actions within the mansions. Security personnel will be able to conduct patrols and more.
1.0 will mark the end of the beta phase and will involve implementing the features across all properties by Guillaume56 and Gidoxy, as well as potential new MLOs.

@houaryou the staff for example or all...maybe add the ability to pick the ped model in the ini and the animation that way if someone has a different type of property, for example a shop, mechanic or something they can manage how the peds spawn and what animation they are doing easily, instead of using codewalker or something to create scenarios that would make it easy for users to create there own scenarios at a particular property
