@14azl @Lowdown85nz Go to the barbershop. These are both stock in-game things. @14azl if you're looking for the ACTUAL skinhead Michael, just like up "Skinhead Michael." He's covered in AB tattoos, along with a swastika neck tat, and a few other things.
