@thamoc5 I was having this crash, and after long research I got my game fixed, here are some solutions. GONNA UPDATE AS I FIND MORE
•Verify game cache (Steam version): A obvious one, but still worth including
•Disable ANY kind of overlay: This includes Steam Overlay In-Game and stuff like FRAPS and the like
•Update your drivers: To the special ones each manufacturer released
•Disable VSYNC: Both in-game and in your driver settings.
•Change the screen settings from Fullscreen to Borderless: Either in-game or by pressing Alt+Enter
•Delete x64b.rpf from your GTA V installation folder, then verify your game cache (Steam): This method and the one below, in combination, were the ones that actually fixed my game in particular
•Delete d3dcsx_46.dll AND d3dcompiler.dll from your GTA V installation folder, then verify your game cache (Steam and Social club): This method and the one above, in combination, were the ones that actually fixed my game in particular.
•Change your DirectX setting in-game to DirectX 10, or 10.1
•Innmediatly after Launch, open the Task Manager and finish the process GTAVLauncher.exe: Apparently the launcher can cause some issues
•TRY AT YOUR WON RISK: Underclock your Videocard: Some report that by underclocking by around 20 or 30 Mhz both the clock and the memory, the game would work
•Check if none of your components are overheating: Standard procedure, you know the drill
•Reinstall the game: Yep, some report that fixed the game for them, but if you have slow internet you may wanna try the methods above first

@Lil ferg at this moment as far as I know you can't add this kind of mods to XBOX/XBOXONE/PS3/PS4.
But you can download a cracked version of the game on your pc and you can have a lot of fun, there are a lot of things that you can do offline with the pc mods.
Anyway I prefer gta v offline, than online. It's way better.
I'm really confused about what files in which folders I should be using to get the tattoos that are on Michael in your screenshot that says "Full Tattoo Set For Michael". What version do I use for Michael's normal tattoos and what version do I use for Michael's face tattoos?
So where are Franklins face tattoos?
