1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to GTA V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
3. Create backup of every uppr_diff_004_*_uni.ytd you replace
4. Extract files from this zip to a folder
5. Make sure to enable edit mode.
6. Replace the file with the Portugal jersey

@JoaoGracio you have to manually replace every single shirt you want you cant drag the files into openiv

@JoaoGracio using openiv you go here V/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one then search where it says uppr_004 now with the shirts you open any of the uppr_004 you want you click on replace and then search where you have the portugal shirts saved and then you click on save and it should be in game
