Savitar, The God of Speed comes to Los Santos.
ATTENTION: The development of the standalone versions of CW The Flash themed skins is stopped, all the new skins will be included in the new pack by our team - CW The Flash DLC. It has all current CW The Flash skins as one DLC, provided with .OIV package and special menu to make the installation and in-game usage easier.
There are two version: Regular Savitar (Blue) and Flash Savitar (Red).
Installation:
Highly recommended to use with this Add-Ons,

This ped is stream so you must put the files and the folder inside ped.rpf.
The name of the files and the folder must be same.
Or replaced with a streamed ped that you want from x64v/models/cdimages/streamed_mp.rpf, just rename example: mp_m_claude_01.
In the AddonPed 3.0 there option to change walk style. I recommed to use Savitar with walk style "Tool Belt".
Place ini file of the suit to Scripts\The Flash Files\Suits.
Changelog:
2.1 - Better glow effect, some improve on texture and special maps.
2.0 - New model.
1.1 - Fix texture.
1.0 - Release.

@Barak101 The Savitar ped gets installed but is invisible when spawned! How do I fix this, please? Please help me I've been trying to do this for a couple of months now!
@The Keeper You should have the original game, and updated to use glowing ped like Savitar. If you not have so you actually can't use glowing ped.
@Barak101 I have my game version 1.0.350.1. Is this the reason why the ped is invisible on my game? And if yes, please tell me the minimum update version on which the ped will work properly..
@The Keeper Yes it beacuse your game version. You must update to 1.0.877.1 biker update aleast.

emm...the model embedded-textures and textures are work on mipmaps11,it's very high than old mipmaps format(such as mipmaps9).if it work on old game,will cannot identify textures.so model will be can't see.please fix it.

Who installed savitar.oiv: the game crashes because you installed directly to the game, not into the mods folder (i suppose), @Barak101 Thanks

@CURVA add all the files(with config file) this savitar into your openIV addonpeds.After that select true for Q3.Is streamed in the addonped editor and don't forget type space in all the ymt. & ytd. files.(change both of config and the folder u need to put in the addonpeds folder).This method worked for me today :)
@Barak101 Wow this Savitar CW [Add-On Ped] Final is much more top only then I was in doubt which of the two villains is more powerful if he or The Rival CW [Add-On Ped] he.

Hey so when I spawn the Red savitar as a ally or enemy it’s just the blue savitar how can I fix
It seems that this ped doesn't work on fivem because when i select the ped, the game crashes, so can you please update this ped also for fivem?
