added map near VINEWOOD sign

Instalation

if you don't have map editor
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor

Place central.xml into your GTA V Folder,then in game press f7,load map,type "central"
wait the loading... and enjoy :3

NOTE: in my pc this map very lag,because my pc under minimum system requirement...
i don't know with your computer....
