@m1ke510a I seem to have ran game after removing it, so no log from the error. I have reinstalled and the mod does work. I will if I ever figure out what the conflict was inform about it. Funny is that all did work fine before I installed this mod and edited the witness file so animals can't call cops. That's all I did change, weird as hell. Gonna be careful with backing up more now. :)

I love this mod.. what would be awesome would be s settings menu, to turn it up and down and make it so your not a target of the script.. it would be great in game ambiance if I WASNT A TARGET during missions.. fun to have this stuff going on all around me in game though... the other problem? it loads, it runs and then...... this error happens and the script crashes (but not the game, so win) it fails and unloads the script heres the error [ERROR] Caught fatal unhandled exception:

I have feedback. First, I do like this idea, it's fun as hell (specially when combining with strapped peds). Anyways. I think it would be realistic to exclude cops. Kinda silly they do steal cars or shoot for no reason. Another idea could be to let people steal cars maybe not as often as now, feels abit over the top it happens all the time. Also could be fun to watch peds rob each other. Another idea is to leave random peds armed with a x% chance so they may or may not defend themselves, sometimes flee, sometimes shoot or use melee on attacker. Also fun if random chance that x% chance one or two peds defend someone beeing robbed (or get car stolen). Last feedback, if possible let peds steal cars from driver side, looks silly they go for passenger side (unless this is a technical impossibility to fix). Thanks for the mod. I enjoy it so far :)

Also sometimes when enter a vehicle player protagonist goes off again so must enter two times. Kinda annoyance. :P

In the meantime, is there a way to reload the script, perhaps via ScriptHook.NET console?

Script will not load at all now after installing a updated gta version. I am using a dodi repack GTA V (v1.0.2372.0 / v1.57 online (can't link it since not legal). For info, I do own the game also from steam. Only use a cracked for single play to be able always use mods because of updates. I have tried to ONLY leave this script in with all the latest - ScriptHookV
- ScriptHookVDotNet3 from github. I think the script needs modifications to work with any version of the game.

I was going to mention this as well. :P Seem weird that they did not go back to their own police car that was still nearby. Though, I am OK with them shooting for no reason because their police brutality is just too funny LOL but that can be something to toggle on/off though I am not certain how viable that would be.

Also, @m1ke510a I am rating this 5 stars because I like the premises of this mod and I think it have a potential. I do hope you continue to work on this and improve it because I think it has a real potential for watching and laughing at peds doing dumb things.... like stealing cop car only to get shot to death by a pissed-off cop LOL

@azidtrip @TheDukeOfRockford So the code for the stealing car part is like: FIND_RANDOM_PERSON() and then MAKE_PERSON_CARJACK_NEAREST_VEHICLE() -- I had it set up to do other struff like shooting etc, but it just becomes a war zone way too quickly, because once one person starts shooting, everybody either runs or shoots and the end result is constantly seeing people running along the sideway to escape from some nearby person firing a weapon.

I was planning on making it so peds are replaced by mostly criminal type people, but i dont think it will work quite right and you'll see people disappearing and reappearing all over the place

The only other thing I can imagine adding to this mod would be randomly robbing people in the street, which i could add a little thing where people point guns at other people who put their hands up.. but it seems kind of lame in my opinion... too cliche..

Other ideas involved having the cars do sideshows, roaming gangs randomly robbing people or beating them up in the street, people robbing convenience stores or banks, and people being kidnapped, assaulted, or worse...

Ideally, I want to increase the rate that the little random events happen like someone being robbed, or bike being stolen etc, but it isn't very easy to figure out how exactly the API works with regards to increasing that particular part of the game since there is no direct way of doing that as far as I know...

I will make a quick update to try and address some of the issues mentioned and try to add a couple new features too.

@m1ke510a I look forward to seeing how you implement what you are planning. Like I said, I thought this mod have a potential and I hope you do continue working on it regardless of the challenges it may entails. I always want to see more NPC-NPC conflict but which doesn't become like a so-called "war zone" like you said.

I wish there were some civilian NPCs who would randomly attack the cops with their fist only to get shot to death lol. It gets tiring to try provoking civilians into attacking you in front of cops for them to get shot. I want to see some NPCs take initiatives in that. In fact, that was precisely what can happen in GTA: San Andreas (and I assume this is still the case in their Definitive Edition but I have not played that yet).

I definitely agree with your vision in which there would be more random events. I want to watch more NPCs engage in conflict. Right now, it is just kind of boring, in my opinion, on its own without your active intervention. The quiet, peaceful environment that is too common should be at least shaken up sometimes without your involvement.

Hey could you atleast make this compatible with buddy control mod(girlfriend/friend mod) cause this mod makes them attack me i love this mod btw.

Also i noticed some peds spawn on top of my head while im in an area with no people :/

there is a glitch where the police are also affected, like they do an animation where they're alerted or smth. While NOOSE rappels from a helicopter, they just fall off because of their animation so police fights just feel weird now
