This is a simple script that disables the special ability in the game.
NOTE
Join my new Discord Server if you need help at every kind of GTA 5 Modding and have ideas for new mods :

Requierements :
SkriphookV and Skripthook Dot Net.
Make a folder called ,,scripts" after you installed Skripthook V and Skripthook dot net if you don't have a script folder.
After you done that just place the files to the Grand Theft Auto V/script folder

It works but I would recommend to make the mod even better to remove the yellow bar if possible
