@Zippo Raid This is nice mod of course but there is a slight problem. When you slowly hit another's car, npc driver instantly dying. And the other problem is (similar but more complicated i guess) some missions bugging. Like meltdown. When jimmy get out the cars top, driver dying. And also 2 other missions have this problem (dont remember their names but one is michael saving jimmy who kidnapping him with jeep and the other paparazzi mission the girl and her guards chasing us).

There is a reasonably simple way of getting a fairly accurate 'damage effect' calculation to determine how much damage is inflicted on the driver (to determine instant ped kill or not), application of physics through vectors, velocity and relative rolling masses of vehicles involved in the collision.
That said, anything that exists in a mod that corrects T2I/R*'s sh*tty excuse for reproducing vehicle impact damage, to victims directly or indirectly is worth the effort. Just by removing (through a data change to the game files) the imbalance that makes players and PV's about 2.5 times more impact resistant (about 2.5x for PV's if i recall, possibly a higher multiplier for P.C.'s - P.C.'s as in 'player character') is the starting point to start bringing horrific damage into play and redress the balance between PC and NPC (players and peds). After that, any mod such as this one will enhance it for the cosmetic effect as much as altering the balance of damage done.
None of that, however is negative criticism to the mod itself, it stands well on it's merits as people have noted, despite it having to sticky-plaster the T2I/R* mess to achieve the end result.

Mission 1: Landed on top of Lamar during a jump, he died (realistic and awesome).
Race mission 1: Tapped the lead car on launch, he died (every time). Bumped other npc racers while we're both at speed during the race, they die.Possible to disable during single-player missions or an option to edit the speed at which the script fires?
Love the gore but my goal is to create a campaign compatible build.
Understand that majority of mods are made for post-game single player, not campaign.
