The tutorial for how to use the tool is built-in.
Just run it and it will tell you what to do.

The tool was easy to use and is excellent. Quite stable, too.

When I merged multiple sound files, and launched the resource in my server, it crashes when I'm connecting. Once I stopped the merged resource, it lets me connect.
Not all Sound Mods work, So Good luck Merging mods that work, with ones that don't.
Apparently Custom Car sounds, and Phone sounds, stuff like that works, but Not Gun Sounds.
