If you still have it before it was taken down all you really need to do is just update the gameconfig that is compatible with LCPP. That's it
I like it and adds realism. I also tested it with LCPP and it does work with that mod if you have it. Do you think you could make an overtaking fix so cars stop going around you when you're stopped at a red light?
@L I A M L P I got my game to finally load by copying the vanilla file of Update2.rpf into my mods folder and it finally worked. Try it out it might work for you too
@NEXGEN Tried it out and boy it makes the game feel like it's set in LA in 2022 now. Thank you for this much needed mod for me. Now I can't decide which white to use for the streetlights. I think neutral white is good, and warm white is also good. So many decisions to choose from. Amazing!

Does this change every type of streetlight or just the type shown in the pictures? Can I finally have all streetlights as LED's now?

Great that you made it all in one. However, is it going to interfere with realistic deformation? Can you make it so I can just add the handling to the new dlc folder instead?
