@Kurumaguy I'm sorry but I don't think I would be able to make the mod work though maybe try setting steam into offline mode or disable it from connecting to the internet. I do not support piracy but I have been fucked over by Rockstar multiple times now so do what you want, it's not my business.
@RainBawZ Sorry, I have just updated the file would you mind looking at the code again? I sure have added a decent amount now. This mod never promised giant fps increases and it still does help people. Any way thanks for the feedback, I've been away from my computer for a long time so this is why I am only just replying.

@RainBawZ And currently the admin has to check the mod so I don't know how long you'll have to wait for the mod to be changed for the final version.
