@DanneTheD Hi! I had almost the sane problem(just didn't hear the sound when I pressed F7)
First: Install SriptHookV (copy the dlls for your gta v main directory)
Than download ScriptHookVDotNet (again drop everything from there for your gta v main directory)
Than download the things from microsoft.com (u can find it at installation part up there in the text)
Now download NativeUI (drag abd drop NativeUI.dll to your gta v main directory)
Now download map editor.
Make a folder inside your main gta v directory and call it "scripts". Than open the "scripts" folder and copy EVERYTHING FROM THE MAP EDITOR.ZIP AND PASTE IT TO THERE(scripts folder) ! After that you'll need ro copy "Mapeditor" folder from the DOWNLOADED ZIP and simply copy that folder into your gra v main directory. If you made it all, your good to go! Sorry for the lots of "gtav main directory and gta v directory" xD! Have a nice day and try this out if you want to 😃👍
