For everyone struggling with the liveries: if you want the normal paintjobs go to: OpenIV > GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > lp700 > dlc.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5
Extract the "vehicles.meta" file, open it with the notepad and delete the line " FLAG_HAS_LIVERY", save it and close it.
Replace the "vehicles.meta" file with the modified one and you'll have the bodypaints
