Update: i fixed it i was using the base stock traffic gameconfig i don't know why the author include that i though that xml won't affect my traffic and i can add as many cars as i want but it seems i was wrong you need to use the other xmls from x0.1 to x5 traffic, just pick whatever suits you and the game won't stuck at loading.
@L I A M L P Yeah same here i installed the gameconfig and its requirements but still stuck at loading screen after 6 cars installed (GTA V 1.0.2545.0) tried everything.

The car is perfect and working fine 5/5.
i admit it the car is perfect smooth driving and cool sound, but try to remove the other cars it's a bad idea and way to release mods.
