Welcome to GTA5-Mods.com

Can someone please help me, I Have been having problems for the last month and it's that even if i completely reinstall the game this mod still doesn't uninstall, absolutely every time i install Scripthookv this mod starts appearing, i ragdoll every time i get shot even though i reinstalled the game started a new mods folder and what not. And after reinstalling it doesn't even go away after installing it properly and disabling everything in the ini file. How do i fix this? And it starts appearing every time after installing Scripthookv. And it's also a problem because it gets in the way of completing story missions because your allies also ragdoll every time and die in like 2 shots.
