I need more info to help you guys.. i want to help you but i cant if you dont tell me what you doing for that error.
Then i can tell if its a bug from tool or not.
@ckosmic You can move files to the whitelist instead of deleting ;)
I am also working on a new "feature" where you can select batween delete and move files.

But i'm confused what this launc.dll is.. Because it's not a part of game files on the retail (social club).

@dense You installed the addon cars in mods folder which openiv create or in game folder?

@Klonomok There is no launc.dll (or launch.dll) file that is game important or am I wrong?

There is a button to delete all files from whitelist folder.

Sometimes you must run as admin. But not always.
And there is a Whitelist that you can use. With the whitelist feature you can move all mods to another folder.
The tool delete all the files and folders after copying to the whitelist as default.
When you don't want to delete the mods files and folders then just check the "Do not delete files/folder after copy".
