RAM: 4GB
Is there any other fix for shutter/lag when driving? It seems that my pc could run GTA V.

@Giovanni130 I fixed the problem, i forgot to install OPENIV loader plugin.
Though the mod didn't helped me at all.

@Giovanni130 Your mod looks awesome. I have really big shutter issues when driving, and it seems that this mod can fix it. The problem is, when i replace the files and try to start the game, the error pops out and says: "Corrupt game data. Please reboot or reinstall the game."
Is it possible to fix this? Or am i doing something wrong?
This is what i did:
1. Opened openiv
2. opened update.rpf
3. Went to common>data>timecycle
4. pressed edit mode
5. replaced the files
6. ran the game
