@Mailei Check to make sure the path where you placed the .RPF files is correct, it should be mods\x64\audio\sfx

remember to add the PAIN.RPF files as well

@Mailei rename S.MISC.RPF to S_MISC.RPF, that should work

@Mailei Just add it to Mods, although that's strange because it should already be there

@wilkerr I don't remember very well anymore, because I don't have the mod anymore, but I think I downloaded ScriptHookVDotNet Enhanced v1.1.0.6 [Legacy + Enhanced], and out of nowhere it worked. Maybe it was because I hadn't updated it, but honestly, I have no idea—the mod just started working out of nowhere.

@Ali Osama I think those mods over there only change the death screams [just the ones in the S_MISC.RPF folder], so the ones in PAIN.RPF would still need to be changed, In my mod, I replaced all the missing ones in both S_MISC.RPF and PAIN.RPF, which is where all the ped's death screams and pain sounds are located.

@Ali Osama Hi, how are you? Here, I'll explain the differences between the mods and recommend which one you should install.

GTA IV Death Sounds simply adds the death sounds from GTA 4, it's still in development.

[M.H.D.S] is just a tweak to the game that removes the groans from pedestrians and the player when they take a headshot, but it’s only a small change.

[H.S.M] adds the typical sound from games like Counter-Strike when you land a headshot.

[PP&DSI] the one you’re currently on has the most content: screams when falling, screams when on fire, screams when dying, or when pedestrians are startled. They’re realistic, so I recommend [PP&DSI] if you want realism.
