Why are the emergency lights not activated on the vehicles that are at some of the points? Is their a way to turn them on?
can this be used for PoliceRadio? Instead of the ugly tow truck that spawns to pic up your vehicles in LSPDFR?
I installed this mod and i hit F7 and nothing happens. Any ideas? I have added the log:

I download it, and when i go to copy the files over to my GTA main directory, its saying i can't and asks to try again, skip, or cancel. Any ideas why?
