remove ls_tycoon folder from this path "Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" and then extract the LS Tycoon - RL.zip file from below link and put resourceLoader folder and resourceLoader.asi into game root folder. Open the game and check.

2. For the first Mechanic Workshop, show a Green Dollar House blip when the workshop is not owned yet. Once the workshop is purchased and owned by the player, change the blip to a Black Wrench blip.

@peterpiper, Its in the Ammunition near PDM. If you dont weapon license exam then do this -

open 'scripts/VHud/inventory.ini' and add this on your player section

Item_Weapon License=1
Slot0=Weapon License

Example:

[player_one]
Item_Weapon License=1
Slot0=Weapon License
Slot1=
Slot2=
Slot3=

go to **scripts/VHud/AdvPer_SETTINGS.txt**

and change
SaveCharacterPosition=true

to

SaveCharacterPosition=false
