@arofaz To change the keybinds you click on the Change Menu Key F6 and a prompt above radar will tell you to press any key on your keyboard. and that will forever open the menu unless reset inside the settings.
@Timeless_Gates Yea so i made this as a way for people using property manager, or custom mansions, buildings, MLOs to be able to pay different expenses like property tax, insurance, maintenance, as well as the mortgage. Inside the menu/INI file you can make custom percentages that deduct based off the property value a user sets. Check out the INI for more settings.

I keep getting a error when loading says something about gtablip. im on dotnet enhanced.
