Is it possible to lower the amount of drugs rival dealers drop? They give you everything so theres really no point in hitting up zee.

@hw9fa Nope the only thing working for me is the sim swapping mod and it's already on read only.
I been trying to use this mod but I can't get the ini file all I get is the dll file but it's not doing anything.
