@ABiddle0610 It's not Blade the problem, it's shitty Rockstar who doesn't let us play (I think it's Rockstar and not Valve, because everyone is saying it's Rockstar's fault, so I guess it's Rockstar right?).

@NafTarico I don't know if I should blame Valve or Rockstar for not being able to play without updating lol, now I can't play with the fucking mods. Congrats Valve....... (or Rockstar)

@MAFINS Hey man sorry to bother you but it doesn't work for me, I've put the Scripthookv.dll file in the GTA V directory (Steam version, not sure if this is a problem) then I put the asi and the folder "Menyoostuff" in the same directory, basically I have those 3 in this directory steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V (both the Script Hook dll and the menyoo asi, and the Menyoo folder), but when I go in-game and switch to Franklin nothing happens, I'll let you know if it works staying offline or if I should keep using the 1st character after loading the game.
I also have all the requirements installed like the .NET Framework and the latest Visual Studio (x64).

@fortinwithwill I have Intel Core i7-4790k, 16 GB RAM and an Nvidia GTX 970, I had to lower texture and shadow quality to high (and high resolution shadows off also), the rest is set on ultra including Distance Scaling (which I think it's the Visual Distance am I right?), but sometimes I get frame drops and in the Desert I have 30 fps instead of the 60 in city, with this PC I should get 60 fps no problem on ultra right? And I forgot I have 1360x768 instead of 1920x1080 because I've discovered my monitor sucks. -.-

@Zippo Raid The file name is scenarios.meta not scenariotriggers.meta!!! Now how do I replace the first file with the original one with OpenIV???
I had to replace the entire update.rpf archive (luckily I had a backup, but I couldn't be able to replace only that file "shockingevents.ymt"), update your mod or the title with "NOT WORKING WITH CURRENT GTA V VERSION!!!" because Rockstar has probably changed the game files, if Rockstar didn't do any update since 25/10/2015 (gg/mm/aaaa) then I don't know why the file name is different from yours. or if the solution is to just replace the file "scenarios.meta" with yours and then rename it to "scenarios.meta" tell me then, since I'm not a programmer and I can't risk to lose my mods and reinstall them again.......

@fortinwithwill I have a question, I didn't install this mod for now, I can't start the game offline because I bought a russian Steam key of the game (still original), basically I have to use a VPN software and connect to a russian proxy before opening Steam, when the game is opened (meaning I am in the starting menu, not the launcher menu, so after the Rockstar logos) I disconnect and close the VPN software, if I open the game while I am connected to the Internet does that mean the mod gets replaced with the original file?
If so can't you find a way around? And if that applies to everything in the original folder maybe you can do a favor for all who bought a russian key of the game like me xd and make a mod or program who doesn't let Rockstar or everything else replace the mods with the original files, obviously this is a huge favor, so just do it if you have time or maybe link me a program who does this (if it already exists), bye and good work.

@MarineMan2016 It's your fault if you didn't do a backup copy man, your little brother should kick your ass xd, downloading mods is surfing the web dangerously more or less, so it's just your fault, blame yourself not the mod, most mods are made by people who just want to have fun for themselves, if they don't work with everyone's PC it's not their fault, they don't get paid for making mods, this guy has just shared a mod which makes the graphics so shitty that everyone (if the mod works) can enjoy the game with a low end PC, since you didn't do any backup you'll have to reinstall the game, it's your fault, nothing more to say, I've lost my savestate of The Sims 3 too because I was a newbie (and I didn't even have a high-end PC at that time, it was just a shitty laptop), bye and good luck I guess.
