and now i figured out that i had to right click and replace, and not delete and add the file.
this time gta started and worked, but when i spawned the car t20. rageplugin crashed. (btw i only did the patch of the t20 to test it out.)
i did everything right and deleted the hanlding files. but when i try to open gta with rageplugin, it works but when loading the world. rageplugin crashes all the time. it seems that id did something wrong because the first time i intalled this mod always when i put it in a map installer pops up, this time it did not.
