Got it working. I was just dumping that c++ file into gta folder. When I opened the c++ file it had had small accept the terms box and was not installed. All good thanks for the help;)
I still get drone to launch from wheel. My son downloaded gta v from steam a few days ago and did the mod and is working fine. I downloaded on my rig yesterday and we did same mods and no launch from wheel. All our files are same both running windows 10 rigs.

SAME HERE working on sons pc but wont launch on mine. uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and get the same Lefix drone asi failed to load
