@navarrex Yes, i noticed they removed the Rockstar Social Club Help Forum too, so there is no way really to make aware of the issue, in worst case this bug will remain for months, like the crew emblem issue years ago.
@MACTEPofyourAHYC Yes reuploading doesn't work, Rockstar Games move to their new cloud server caused issues for Snapmatic in general. Need to wait until they fix it.
@zh02 Yes in the moment it doesn't work because Rockstar Games moved to a Snapmatic new cloud server.
@Cuve Having new information now too that Rockstar Games moved Snapmatics to a new cloud server. As soon people have a Avatar-compatible picture on the new cloud server, they can't set avatar anymore, the reason seems to be that the _small.jpg files are missing, so their transition didn't fully worked with the current avatar system in place. To fix the issue.. you have to delete all Avatar-compatible pictures based on their new cloud server, the domain is prod-cdnugc-rockstargames.akamaized.net.
What i think will happen, that Rockstar will notice this at some time, and will adapt their avatar system to their new cloud server system. Which doesn't generate the _small.jpg files.
So in this case, i believe that your account didn't got banned from setting Custom Avatar. But please still be careful what you upload.
@Cuve Uploading normal to Social Club itself can cause these bans aswell, as they flag the account then and then block this feature. It's important to be careful what you upload, to avoid these flags put in place.
@Cuve I checked your Social Club profile which you linked in your gta5-mods profile, it looks like your account got banned putting Custom Avatar, so there is no way i really can help you, i warned about these bans months ago as Rockstar Games start blocking people putting Custom Avatar as soon they consider their ToS is broken. When it caused by somebody else on your profile i would contact their support to ask to remove their restrictions.
@Cuve This seems very weird, try it again another day.. see if these pictures appear in your profile normally too.. you can do this on this site: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/photos/?dateRange=any&filter=me&platform=pc&sort=date&title=gtav
It's weird because it works currently now for me and other people, so i really can't explain what happen in your case.
@prabhatec can you test it again in the new version?
@Fiend_of_War Sorry for late response, it's usually a issue with writing permission in your GTA V profile folder.
