@ckgordon Man, i went inactive for quite a while and i missed this request. I've recently started creating stuff again for personal use, and contemplating uploading them. If the Michigan State Police vehicles aren't already out there. then im sure it wouldn't be to hard to replicate.
Looks great, my only suggestion is perhaps down scaling the size of the 911 emergency text, its a we bit big and a little bit to far up on to the trunk. but really well done, adapted nicely.
