I gave it some ridiculously fast acceleration, a top speed of 336 MP/H/500 KM/H (Which is the game's hard speed cap), a bit less traction, and some other misc. tweaks.
P.S.; In the video i changed the car's sound in the vehicles.meta file from the Sultan RS' to the Adder's,
and i gave it a custom color with Simple Trainer (R 8, G 5, B 54)
