I actually made an account just to tell you this, but I've been playing with the MP Freemode models for a bit and I noticed a terrible flaw.
If you so much as touch the Head Features, say to either morph the face directly or to change hair color, the head, as well as the body textures, revert to the Head listed as "0" and no changes to the head can be made. Changing the Head after accessing this menu does nothing. The only part of this menu that works afterwards is the hair color change.
This wouldn't be a major issue, if not for the fact that the outfit I saved while working around this now, after loading it up again, sports hair that ranges in color based on the lighting, from hot pink at night to bright blonde under a streetlight.
I'm not sure if this is an issue you're aware of, but if not, I'm bringing it to your attention, and if so, I pray you find a way to fix it.
