@Maryo_Nicle7 what the hell are you doing playing on that version reloaded released and update months ago that is way newer and better performance wise, (they've actually released 2 since that one) than that super old version your using
google gta v reloaded update 1.36 and download it and install it, i got a core 2 duo 2.66 4gb ram gtx 550t, and this game plays almost perfectly, just slight stuttering driving fast in the city, in some areas
and i use reshade + sweetfx to make the game look much better, if you cant play as good as me and you got a better comp, which i hope you do mine is a potato, your doing something wrong, use the update.rpf that only has texture edits, everyone else seems to make the game run worse
install the new rpf's to mods folder, then launcher wont overwrite it, if your using reloaded's v1.36 gta v, it wouldnt connect to the internet anyways, if your using steams, install to the mod folder, dont play online, if you never play online, i would suggest installing reloaded's v1.36 gta v patch, then installing to mod folder, then taking all the files and folders in the mod folder, and overwriting the originals with the files from your mod folder, nex if your launcher is redownloading all the rpfs your doing something wrong, like not installing to the mod folder, which is recommended by openiv anyways, and why wouldnt you cancel the launcher when you see it was redownloading rpfs??, this mod is only for people who play offline anyways, because u cant use it online, so you might as well just download reloaded's v1.36 patch and crack and install it, then your launcher wont connect to the internet, and you dont need rockstar social club installed, and dont run any games or programs when openiv is installing the new rpfs, give it total hard drive speed, less chance of the oiv's failing to install that way
i would also suggest installing the update.rpf with just texture edits, you get best performance, or 2k map one without timecycles, i dont know about you guys but the ones with timecycles destroy my performance, its always best to throughly test your install, after you install all the oiv's before you overwrite your original files, because the oivs wont install with rpf's made with oiv packages, best to keep backups of your update.rpf and your common.rpf
and by the way MEGA is the best hoster for free users, if people are having a problem with it, it's because they dont know how to download from cloud hosters , or they're using a crappy browser, i have a better solution for them go here and download this
download 1.7 and extract it anywhere on your comp. run the exe file
go to options and tell it what drive to save stuff too,
now click the big green download button at the top of this page, now highlight the MEGA link and right click copy, megadownloader add links windows will show up now make sure the start download check box is checked, now click the add links button, that's it everything in N8GAMEZ link will download one after another, (megadownloader is useful for downloading a bunch of files from mega, or for downloading files over 1gb)
@DiGiTaL DOPE look in your mods folder and look at the size no go back and look at the originals, the new ones should be smaller, if they are, you could always overwrite the originals with the new ones, then it has no choice but to work, but dont play online with modified files

and download patchday10ng extract it move it to your dlc folder, then install the dlcpacks oiv file that this mod provides, then after its done delete patchday10ng folder, and delete it from your mods folder too, as it's probably not compatible with 1.33 reloaded version
@LanGonCer9807 no i was only talking about the rld users.txt in the mega link, in that text file is a mega link for outdated cracked game files, download and install 5.5 on any version of gta, be it reloaded's 1.33 version or bought and paid for steam version, i would have to say this mod is worth it unless you have a 2 thousand buck gaming rig
